The Building Performance Journal continues to serve as a platform for the professionals in our community, sharing best practices, “oops” moments, and the wisdom that comes with experience. Not everyone is a professional writer, but that is certainly not a requirement to be in our pages. You provide the passion and the wisdom, and we will help you shape it into a well-organized and clear article with a conversational tone; like talking with a colleague at a cocktail party, over lunch, or recently, over Zoom.
As a membership-only publication for the Building Performance Association, our focus now is on whole-house home performance; IAQ/Healthy Homes; HVAC; local, state, and national energy policy, business development, and workforce training. If you have any ideas to explore, outlines, or even rough drafts, please let us know by emailing email@example.com. We can send you our Writer’s Guide and we can set deadlines that suit your schedule. We are looking for articles for the Fall and Winter issues, and throughout 2021. (What our work and life will look like by then, who knows? So let us know!)
One of the things that binds us together are the stories we tell about our common work, the families we work with, and the communities where we work. We hope you will want to be a storyteller in our pages (digital and paper!).
