The true power of a customer review is more than just its stars—the content of the review itself is crucial to the value it holds for your business. Due to an upswell in positive sentiment for small businesses, now is a great time to “make the ask” for testimonials and reviews for a job well done—and to capture that positive feedback. However, it can be tricky to know how to ask—or when to ask a customer for a review. How do you conduct the ask, and what are the most effective ways to assure substantive reviews, not just “Mary was great”?

In this webinar, Energy Circle CEO and Founder Peter Troast will answer questions such as these, to assist with garnering and growing reviews for your HVAC, solar, or home performance business, as well as advice in knowing how, why, and when to ask—and what to ask for in terms of the reviews themselves.
