Ever wonder if there was a quieter and more environmentally friendly way to care for your lawn? Husqvarna has come up with a lawn mower that is self automated for residential OR commercial use. They also have a series of battery powered tools that don't require a pull string or petrol [gas] since they are all electric.

What does this have to do with Building Performance?  When I do my audits and assesments, I note all of the equipment that requires gas that is stored in the basement or attached garage.  All electric does not have the indoor air quality issues that gas powered equipment does.

Can anyone refer me to information on current tax credits for solar and geothermal for a 10,000 sf commercial building?
I am also interested in case studies to show the ROI on the investment.
